Concierge
Major Responsibilities:
- Perform concierge daily duties in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all guests enquiries are met with prompt, informative yet friendly solution
- Actively promote the services, facilities and standards of the hotel at every opportunity, and uphold its image at all times
- Assist Concierge Supervisor to coach and provide regular training to staff members
Bell Captain
Major Responsibilities:
- Ensure all luggage are delivered and collected accurately, efficiently and timely
- Maintains and controls the use of the luggage room, ensuring that luggage is properly stored and labelled at all times
- Ensure parking area, driveways and taxi queue are smooth and well managed
- Assists in identifying training needs, develops training plans and implements training sessions for staff members on a regular basis
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' relevant experience in similar capacity
- Certificate or above in Hospitality or relevant discipline
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Basic knowledge of computer operating systems, such as Microsoft office software (Word, Excel)
- Excellent customer services interpersonal skills
- Service oriented, proactive and a team player
