Concierge / Bell Captain

We are now inviting highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team:

Concierge

Major Responsibilities:

• Perform concierge daily duties in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure all guests enquiries are met with prompt, informative yet friendly solution
• Actively promote the services, facilities and standards of the hotel at every opportunity, and uphold its image at all times
• Assist Concierge Supervisor to coach and provide regular training to staff members

Bell Captain

Major Responsibilities:

• Ensure all luggage are delivered and collected accurately, efficiently and timely
• Maintains and controls the use of the luggage room, ensuring that luggage is properly stored and labelled at all times
• Ensure parking area, driveways and taxi queue are smooth and well managed
• Assists in identifying training needs, develops training plans and implements training sessions for staff members on a regular basis

Requirements:

• 1-2 years' relevant experience in similar capacity
• Certificate or above in Hospitality or relevant discipline
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems, such as Microsoft office software (Word, Excel)
• Excellent customer services interpersonal skills
• Service oriented, proactive and a team player
