The Job :

The incumbent is responsible for assisting the preparation of tender, subcontract documents, purchase orders and purchase orders and purchase contracts; assisting in negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers in obtaining good price and follow up the delivery, quality and quantity of construction material such as aluminum windows, doors and Lourves, etc.

The Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, building materials or Construction related disciplines

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in construction industry

• Meticulous, good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic Knowledge of CAD

• Good command of English and Chinese

• Spoken Mandarin is preferred
