Senior Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Involve in store opening and brand development program

• Oversee and manage retail Business and lead the team to achieve the group objectives and sales targets

• Provide full range support on daily operations including policies and procedures implementation, ensuring smooth flow of stock, arranging regular stock-takes, shop renovation and maintenance, shop display to maximize operation efficiency to shop

• Engage in planning and executing in-store marketing activities

• Responsible for developing, driving and implementing channel marketing activity

• Plan and strategize on how to develop the business within the local market

• Supervise daily showroom operations to ensure compliance on retail policies, brand image and operation efficiency 

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have previous experience working in retail chain store operation, knowledge in Jewelry field essential

• Min. 10 years experiences in Jewelry retail managerial level and preferably in Jewelry retail industry

• Good experience in Chain Retail Market

• Good sense of responsibility and customer service oriented

• Excellent English and Mandarin is a must
