Job Description:
Responsible for understanding client/market needs and develop solution
Regularly evaluate the products and processes of the service offering to ensure it is relevant to the market
Follow closely regulatory and policy change, and ensure the products inline with the changes
Take initiatives to enhance the product offering including improving in process efficiency, mitigating risk, lowering cost, increasing the profit margin, etc
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including Sales, Legal, Risk Management, Compliance, Client, KYC, Operations, etc
Analyze monthly billing for clients and service providers. Calculate the overall P&L of the product
Identify new business opportunities and develop new product
Handle ah-hoc assignments
Monitor and oversee performance of the service providers
Job Requirement:
A degree holder with minimum of 8+ years of experience in Custody and/or Fund related products and services
Solid experience and knowledge in custody business
Knowledge in custody collateral management is a plus
Project management skill
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive mind-set and high-level of motivation
Fluent in written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Well-versed in computer applications e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Macro
Good team player and be able to support and work closely with internal and external parties while able to work independently
