Job Responsibilities
System administration and support on Email System, A.D. System, Anti-virus System, File Server, Printer Server, DHCP, WSUS, MDM, Phone System, VC System, VDI , Proxy and DLP
Provide system support, including user enquiry and problem solving
Resolve daily IT technical issues and ad-hoc reports or assignments as required on a timely manner
Conduct regular health check and monitor of all installed systems from infrastructure perspectives
Support the internal / external audit on compliance assessment, vulnerability scanning follow-up or patch management task
Manage OA system administration including installation, configuration, routine monitoring and update procedures
Other ad-hoc duties/project as assigned
Requirements
University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
At least 3 years relevant server administration and technical support experiences in AD, Email System, Anti-virus System preferably in banking industry
Solid experience of Windows Server platform, Active Directory, Group Policy, Email, Virtual Machine / VDI
Experience in MDM Solutions
Experience in phone system and video conference administration and troubleshooting
Hands on experience in infrastructure support
Knowledge in basic Linux administration is an advantage
Exposure in DLP is an advantage
Holder of CCNA / CCNP / MCSE / CISSP / CISA is an advantage
A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Independent, good problem solving skills and able to work under pressure
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
