Main Responsibilities

Liaise with vendor for price negotiation, contract terms and conditions, lead time etc;

Follow up purchase orders, contracts, delivery arrangement and cost management;

Liaise with different parties in procurement activities, i.e. gather purchasing needs on hardware, software and services with Fintech and business users;

Assist the manager for IT vendor management activities;
-
Prepare procurement-related reports and analysis.
Job Requirements

Education in IT, Business Administration or related disciplines
-
Minimum 3-5 years’ working experience in IT Procurement / Accounting or related aspects, preferably in banking or financial institutions.

Knowledge of IT software, hardware and service.

Familiar with purchase orders, contract terms & conditions etc. will be advantage;

Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.

Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, sound analytical thinking and good team player.

Good command of spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English.
