Main Responsibilities

Lead and responsible for Secured Lending product development, sales and sales support activities. Secured Lending product include Mortgage, Insurance Financing and Wealth Financing

Overseeing the secured lending business to ensure business targets is on track

Cautious on interest change, regulatory change and market behavior change that will impact the business strategy

Manage e2e application flow, to ensure the daily operational process are efficient and sufficient to meet the business need.

Responsible for developing, implementing, and achieving the strategic and annual operating plan and budget for the secured lending business.

Prepares and presents product performance management reports to the business on a regular basis.

Prepare business volume tracking and analysis for management review;

Ensures that the operational affairs of the Secured Lending product are administered effectively.

Discuss with stakeholders on implement measures and ideas to streamline selling process and channel operation to improve sales effectiveness and customer experience;

Monitor and develops staff through effective leadership and sound practices to maximize productivity, efficiency, and employee development

Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders within and outside the bank, to ensure synergies and teamwork needed to optimize revenue growth and profitability.

Responsible for the recruitment, development and retention of relevant skills in order to meet the business need.

Facilitates the views of team members, resolves issues raised by the team, escalates issues if required, and provides feedback to teams on an on-going basis.

Responsible for secured business' compliance with internal and external regulatory, procedural, and policy requirements.

Assists in coordinating and managing the internal and external audits, exams, and related matters.
Requirements
-
University degree with around 10 years of loan products experience, preferably in consumer banking area.

Experience in secured lending is an advantage
-
Strong ownership, good interpersonal skills and with experiences in business development and managing external business partnership

Capability to lead, manage change, drive result and communicate at all levels
-
Result-oriented, good management and communication skills.

Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) and good communication skills in Mandarin
-
Ability to be proactive and possess the maturity to work independently, able to work under high pressure with strong business acumen
-
Possess strong work ethic and high professional and ethical standards
