Main Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition, Reactivation and Services

Expand premier segment by acquiring new customers or upgrade existing high net worth customers

Reactivate existing high net worth customers, identify their needs and explore AUM top up opportunity
-
Provide full range of wealth management products and services in order to increase Investment and Insurance penetration
-
Support customers to complete IPQ or renew expired IPQ
-
Refer potential Investment and Insurance customers and handshake to RM or specialist
-
Be professional to provide knowledgeable product information and high service standards to customers
Promotion of Online Trading and Services

Promote online trading and Bank’s digital platforms to increase Investment and Insurance penetration
-
Increase mobile and online banking usage and penetration
-
Perform as digital ambassador to settle customers’ enquiries on digital and online services
Relationship Building and Services

Establish good relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
-
Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and effective way to ensure customer satisfaction
-
Provide superior service to customers in accordance with Bank’s required service standards
Sales Governance and Compliance Control
-
Adhere to Bank’s and Regulators’ policies, standards, operations guidelines/procedures, security and internal control measures
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or other relevant qualification
-
Fresh graduate will also be considered
-
Minimum 2-3 years banking experience in retail banking or retail distribution
-
Qualifications in IIQE/HKSI related areas are required
-
CFP/CFA qualification preferred
-
Sales and customer oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
-
Exposure to investment products and premier banking services preferred
-
Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
