Hong Kong Parkview is inviting high calibre applicants for the following position:-
Responsibilities:

To assist the Front Service Manager in directing and supervising the activities of the Front Services operations and administration.

To ensure the efficient and smooth operation of all sections in the Front Services through effective management and leadership, delegation and technical assistance.
-
To recommend improvement in terms of guest service, increase revenue, reduce costs and improve associate’s job performance.
-
To assist in the compilation of all administrative reports and occupancy forecasts statistics as required.
-
To enforce training and coaching to all associates in accordance to the Hong Kong Parkview’s standard.
-
To perform the duties of Duty Manager when necessary, handle guest comments and complaints relating to service standards and take any necessary actions to achieve the highest level of hospitality service.

To keep the Front Services Manager informed of staff progress, operational changes, problems / challenges, complaints etc.

To take over the responsibilities of the Front Services Manager during his/her absence and perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
-
Degree or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
-
A minimum of 5 years hotel Front Office experience, preferably in area of Front Desk and Guest Services with at least 3 years in managerial level

Strong leadership and supervisory skills and can work independently

Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Neat and well-groomed appearance

Knowledge of Opera System
