Compensation & Benefit Professional (Welcome non-banking background candidate)

Job Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and administer compensation such as salaries, short-and long-term incentive plans, job evaluations, performance appraisals, salary increases, salary surveys, etc
Develop, implement and administer benefits programs, such as pension plans, life, health and disability insurance
Conduct all aspects of HR analysis and prepare both regular and ad hoc HR reports to facilitate HR strategy design and planning
Provide advice and support on HR policies and procedures to ensure its compliance with the legal and regulatory requirement
Take part in compensation and benefit initiatives as well as other HR projects to uplift the effectiveness and efficiencies of human resources service standard
Job Requirements:
Degree holder or above with a min. of 2-3 years’ relevant experience gained either from financial institution or sizable organization
Solid skills / exposure in HR reporting both in Chinese and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Self-motivated, logical and organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
Candidate with non-banking background is welcomed to apply for the post.
