Compensation & Benefit Professional (Welcome non-banking background candidate)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and administer compensation such as salaries, short-and long-term incentive plans, job evaluations, performance appraisals, salary increases, salary surveys, etc
  • Develop, implement and administer benefits programs, such as pension plans, life, health and disability insurance
  • Conduct all aspects of HR analysis and prepare both regular and ad hoc HR reports to facilitate HR strategy design and planning
  • Provide advice and support on HR policies and procedures to ensure its compliance with the legal and regulatory requirement
  • Take part in compensation and benefit initiatives as well as other HR projects to uplift the effectiveness and efficiencies of human resources service standard

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above with a min. of 2-3 years’ relevant experience gained either from financial institution or sizable organization
  • Solid skills / exposure in HR reporting both in Chinese and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated, logical and organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidate with non-banking background is welcomed to apply for the post.
