JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide outstanding service to guests in accordance to hotel standards, ensuring a memorable dining experience
  • Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and providing detailed information about dishes and beverages
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries and special requests
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area
  • Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or Hotel Management

 

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

  • Higher Diploma / Diploma holder preferably in Hospitality / F&B disciplines
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience preferably within a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and fine dining service etiquette
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for hospitality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Team Leader

  • 至少四年相關經驗,有在高級餐廳或米芝蓮星級餐廳工作的經驗優先
  • 對中菜及高級餐飲服務禮儀有深入了解
  • 具備優秀的溝通和人際交往技巧,對款待業充滿熱情
  • 能夠在快速節奏的環境中工作,同時保持對細節的關注
  • 精通廣東話和英語;懂普通話者將優先考慮
  • 經驗較少的申請者會被考慮為主管 (Team Leader)
