Responsibilities:

Handle incoming phone calls, greet visitors & clients and mailing

Support on general office administration duties

Meeting room reservation, approval and set up

Order and distribution of office supplies
-
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors
-
Shift times: Monday to Friday 8:30 - 18:00 / 9:00 - 18:30 with 1 hour lunch time
Requirements:
-
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience

Experience in reception and general admin preferred

Able to assist in daily office administration duties

Cheerful, decent with excellent interpersonal and communications skills

A good team player and familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

Good command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese
