Job Duties

Assist in conducting the training needs survey and preparing the training plan and budget

Source and working closely with external vendors/ learning institutions to explore all aspects of learning resources and solutions to meet business needs

Developing training plans, courses and implementing different training programs for the target groups and departments
-
Prepare and write up training proposal and compiling training report(s)

Perform other Human Resources duties as assigned or requested
Eligibility
-
University graduate or above
-
At least 2 or more years of experience in human resources or training is preferred

Proven competencies in data analysis and proposal writing

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Independent, self-motivated, detail-minded, sensitive with high degree of integrity

Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English with knowledge of Putonghua
