Job Responsibilities

As part of the Business Compliance team of Financial Institutions clients coverage department
-
The team is acting as 1.5 line of defence between the 1st line client facing department and 2nd line compliance/FCC & 3rd line internal audit functions

Act as first point of contact for relationship managers who need advisory on compliance/FCC matters

Provide regular trainings to relationship managers in order to improve their skill on compliance/FCC areas
-
Conduct sample checking on KYC reviews prepared by relationship managers to ensure they are upto the bank's requirements
-
Responsible for department internal manual update and maintenance work
-
Prepare regular reports to department management team to keep track all compliance/FCC functions requirements to avoid potential non-compliance

Perform compliance/FCC related ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree holder in Business/Accounting/related areas

At least 5 years working experience in banking / financial institutions

Business compliance/FCC experience is a must
-
Good knowledge of HKMA's regulatory regime on AML/CDD

Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
-
Good knowledge in using Excel for data management and reporting
