The Repulse Bay is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager (Sponsorships & Partnerships) to lead on corporates partnerships sales, with the aim to generate revenue and seek opportunities for Marketing.

Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for venue rentals, advertising, sponsorships, and partnerships, while tailoring pitches and proposals for potential sponsors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and partners by navigating corporate dynamics to connect with key stakeholders
- Work with the marketing team to execute sponsor commitments and promote our brand using sponsors’ platforms
- Identify business needs and create partnership opportunities to generate sales and cost savings
- Establish long-term partnerships with key corporate partners to maximize returns
- Align with the management to set priorities and achieve sales targets
- Perform other assigned tasks
General Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration, or related disciplines fields
- Minimum 8 years' of experience in corporate partnerships and with proven sales track record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and stakeholders management
- Independent, proactive and customer-oriented with a positive mindset
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
