We are looking for a Commis I - Staff Restaurant (廚師 - 員工餐廳) based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!
As a Commis I - Staff Restaurant (廚師 - 員工餐廳) , we rely on you to:
- Prepare food items according to set recipes and Hotel’s standards
- Ensure the hygiene standards in the food preparation and service areas are achieved according to the HACCP & ISO22000 requirements
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation and storage of ingredients
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors
- 根據食譜和酒店的標準預備食材及烹調食物
- 根據酒店的食物安全標準維持餐廳的衛生水平
- 協助管理庫存和食材存儲
- 履行上司分配的工作
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Hotels or Staff Canteen
- Basic Knowledge of HACCP & ISO22000
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to rotate across shifts (early morning shift starts at 5:00 a.m. and night shift starts at 3:00 p.m.)

- 基本食物安全及衞生知識
- 良好溝通技巧
- 須輪班工作(包括特別更:最早更上班時間為上午5時,最晚夜更上班時間為下午3時)
