Major Responsibilities:
- Assist Front Desk Manager in daily operations, such as room inventory control and daily room assignment
- Pre-arrival preparation of all market and clientele to ensure room inventory is well control
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation
- Ensure all guests feel welcome and their expectations are met with satisfaction
- Handle guest comments and complaints tactfully, efficiently and complies with the Hotel policies and procedures
- Provide regular training and guidance to staff members to ensure high standard of services delivery
Requirements:
- 3 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or relevant discipline
- Knowledge in “Opera PMS" is preferable
- Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good knowledge of computer operating systems, such as Microsoft office software (Word, Excel)
- Service oriented, proactive and able to work well in stressful and high pressure situation
*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Front Desk Supervisor.
