Major Responsibilities:
- Assist day to day Loyalty Services operation involved in all aspects of Elite members’ journey, from pre-arrival planning all the way to the post-stay experience via different platform
- Attend to incoming calls, emails, and assist and enhance Elite members’ staying experience, to maximize guests satisfaction
- Handle and consolidate Marriott Bonvoy membership reports
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation
- Handle ad-hoc assignments assigned by Superior
Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity in Hotel Front Desk / Guest Relations, with relevant system proficiency
- Highly organized, results oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a fast-paced changing environment
- Service orientation. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or relevant discipline
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and OPERA (PMS)
