Job Purpose:
To provide proactive service to walk-in customers and conduct selling and cross-selling of banking products to satisfy customers’ needs
Main Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed sales target assigned

Responsible for full range of general banking products such as CASA, Cleaning Lending, Mortgage, Insurance and Credit Card.

Actively acquire new customers through proactive sales effort

Work to understand customers’ banking needs for selling and cross-selling products

Make sales referrals to branch colleagues or other departments as appropriate

Participate in localized or off-site promotional activities

Work with product specialists where appropriate to provide services to customers

Conduct operational procedures in a compliant manner by following the Bank’s policy and procedures
Incumbent Requirements:

University degree with 1-2 years or secondary education with 3-4 years experience in branch frontline customer service

IIQE paper 1, 2 & 3

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidate with the qualification of Certified Banker is an advantage
