Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the quality of food and hygiene standard in the kitchen are consistently meet with Company Standard
  • Ensure the kitchen can achieve the budget set by the Company (in terms of food cost, staff cost and inventory standard etc.)
  • Proactively monitor the development of all level of Chefs by recruiting, training, and managing the team
  • Maintain an effective way to communicate with management so all issues can be solved in a timely manner

 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in kitchen management, preferable working in a high-volume Western Cuisine / All Day Dining Restaurant before
  • Excellent leadership, management and communication skills
  • Good at spoken and written English and Cantonese/Chinese
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Eager to learning the cuisine and meeting required standard
  • Attention to detail and quality standards
  • Candidates with less experience will be consider as Assistant Kitchen Manager
