Responsibilities：

• Coordinate the whole process of new product development and conduct product due diligence, including public funds and private funds
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to develop new products and perform other product management tasks
• Keep abreast of sales and product development trends in the industry and make strategic recommendations on new product development
• Partner with sales and investment teams to develop product strategy for clients
• Closely monitor regulatory changes and assess the implications on funds
• Prepare company’s strategic development plans, internal management and business reports
• Perform other ad-hoc duties

Requirements：

• Degree holder preferably in Finance / Economics / Marketing disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of asset management experience with exposure of product management in public or private funds
• Candidate with less relevant experience would be considered as Business and Product Development Manager
• Strong self-motivation with ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess high standard of work ethics, strong analytical mind, time management skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin is a must
• Strong project management skill
• Have a good knowledge of SFO
