Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for cloud platform related and technology transformation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Lead a team of project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, project management) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a project manager, specifically in cloud related projects, preferably in Banking and Finance sector.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platform infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• PMP, CSM or similar certification is a plus.
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
