Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager – Corporate

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a close business relationship with our potential and existing corporate clients to strengthen our client base.
• Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations, industry associations, and local businesses to drive additional sales opportunities.
• Develop strategies to explore new markets and segments, identifying untapped opportunities for revenue growth.
• Provide timely information / insights regarding market opportunities and changes of corporate clients’ needs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and market positioning.
• Handle ad-hoc duty assigned by department head as required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in hotel industry of which 2 years are of managerial experience.
• Good knowledge of market trend research and market intelligence.
• Proactive, capable of developing & implementing sales action plans and explore business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
