Responsibilities 

• Oversee the running of daily operations of Laundry, Uniform and Linen;
• Control the standards of Linen and Uniform;
• Supervise the laundry plants in hotel, guest laundry and house laundry for all Langham Hotels in Hong Kong;
• Responsible for the inventory of linen and uniform, conduct the stock take procedures, and produce results to rooms and F&B; 
• Monitor the monthly budget and advise the Executive Housekeeper on the unaccounted losses; 
• Responsible for annul budget preparation for uniform and linen (rooms linens and F&B linens) and make recommendations on any linen/ uniform changes. 

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working in Hotel Industry or similar capacity;
• Good knowledge of laundry operation as well as equipment / machinery;
• Mature and able to use his or her initiative all the time for all occasions;
• Independent and flexible, able to work under pressure;
• Good command of spoken & written English & Mandarin; &
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
