Assistant Manager/ Manager, Agency Contracting & Benefit

Position Responsibilities:

Ensure efficient delivery of Contracting services to agency.

To assist in planning and maintaining operational procedures of agents’ contracting and licensing.

Handle due diligence on the onboarding of new agent applicants
-
Handle debt collection matters
-
Participate in Contracting & Benefits team projects
-
Oversee and lead the works of the operation staff.

Prepare periodic or ad hoc reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.

Handle general correspondence and agent enquiries
Required Qualifications:
-
Degree holder with major in business
-
6 years’ work experience in life insurance industry
-
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-
Organized and attentive to details
-
Independent with high flexibility
-
Able to work independently and under pressure
-
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
-
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
-
PC literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
