Customer Segment Manager, Wealth Management Products

Responsibilities:

• Extract and analyze customers' data to find out patterns in financial needs, product preference and wealth management activities by segments which cover the least dimensions including AUM Tiering, Geographic, demographic, Psychographic, Behavior and so on
• Capture market trend and intelligence in segment banking and strategy
• Devise customer journey to fulfill customers' needs in various segmentation and the customer journey should cover product offering and benefits, relationship manager services, Branches Services and facilities, Online Banking and Extra Benefit
• Liaise with relevant parties to launch extra benefits including credit card offers, travel, dining, lifestyle and exclusive clients' events
• Liaise with relevant parties to come up with marketing and promotion material and items
• Ensure IT changes are fully tested to avoid any adverse customers impact
• Grow the number and AUM of customers in target segment
• Enhance the product penetration in various customer segments
• Ensure the efficiency and profit ratio of product offers and benefits and related cost incurred

Requirements:

• University graduate or above
• 7 years or above relevant experience
• Substantial knowledge of the relevant products and customer segments
• Good understanding of banking environment with sound knowledge in product development / management experience
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
• Well-versed in relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in both English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good understanding of banking environment with sound knowledge of product development and financial market
• Analytical-minded and sensitive to financial market trends
• Good team player
