Responsibilities:
Manage a designated branch assigned by Management and assist the Area Manager in managing a cluster by motivating them all branch staff to achieve pre-defined financial and non-financial objectives
Define strategic objectives and develop district sales and distribution plans for prioritized segments, products and channels to achieve sustainable business results
Instill customer centric sales culture by providing training, motivation, performance-based compensation and sales management tools across branch network
Increase sales capacity of branch network through continuous improvement in staff productivity, branch process re-engineering, centralization and sales lead management
Supervise day to day sales and operation activities and ensure all branch staff are fully complied with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
Ensure all branch staff are strictly adhered to all internal policies and procedures, including but not limited to licensing, fit and properness, anti-money laundering policy, know your customer principles, other sales, operation, internal and fraud control processes
Requirements:
University graduate in Banking & Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
At least 5 years of relevant experience in branch management in Personal Banking
Possess recognized insurance and securities licenses
Relevant Enhanced Competency Framework on Retail Wealth Management (ECF - RWM) qualification is preferable
Good people management, interpersonal and communication skills with sound PC knowledge
Pleasant and outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
