Relationship Manager – Secured Lending

Job Duty

• Develop and maintain relationships with SME clients to understand their business needs and financial requirements
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessment of potential borrowers to determine creditworthiness
• Structure and present secured lending proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of SME clients
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as credit analysts and underwriters, to ensure timely processing and approval of loan applications
• Monitor the performance of existing loan portfolios, conduct regular reviews, and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate risks
• Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes that may impact SME lending activities
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to SME clients throughout the loan application and servicing process

Job requirements

• 1-3 year sales experience on Banking or Financial company lending product 
• Basic KYC knowledge on SME is preferable but not mandatory
• Matriculated or above
• Positive working attitude, Energetic, Result-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong drive to success and adaptive to work in a fast moving environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
