Business Development Manager (HK$6000 New Joiner Incentive)

Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager for Ocean Park Hong Kong is responsible for devising and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at increasing park attendance and admission revenue while maximizing sponsorship opportunities. This includes conducting market research to identify trends and target audiences, developing compelling marketing campaigns, and fostering partnerships with local businesses and tourism agencies. The manager will also cultivate relationships with potential sponsors, creating tailored proposals that highlight the benefits of collaboration, and oversee the execution of promotional events and programs designed to enhance visitor experience and drive revenue growth. Continuous analysis of performance metrics will be essential to refine strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Degree in hospitality management, sales & marketing, business administration or other relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the field of tourism industry
• Proven track record of corporate and business contacts on sponsorship and events
• Strong sales skills and good track record to generate sales
• Willing to perform duties assigned by the superior for the purpose of achieving the attendance goal
• Ability to work under pressure and willing to travel frequently
• Aggressive, organized, self-motivated and independent. Must be detail-oriented and able to balance several projects at once
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Development Manager
