Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer hotline services
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Responsible for individual and corporate client’s account opening
- Conduct comprehensive KYC/CDD/AML procedures and experience in handle periodic review and trigger event cases
- Perform customer data maintenance with high accuracy
- Handle client fund and stock In/Out
- Participate in system development and UAT
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in business management, marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Dealing or Customer Services
- Holder of SFC Type 1 and/or 2 Licenses
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and multi-tasked
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including fluent Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Fresh graduates with SFC Type 1 and/or 2 Licenses will be considered
Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior Customer Services Officer
