Responsibilities:
• Provide quality service to guests and respond promptly to guests’ enquiries, requests and complaints;
• Present menu to guests, answer enquiries and make recommendations;
• Deliver excellent food and beverage services to guests
• Ensure all procedures are conducted safely and align with the services standard and its standard of both personal and food hygiene and appearance.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience
• Relevant working experience in catering hospitality, fine dining, hotel, lounge or in similar capacity is an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities
• Good team player and customer-oriented attitude
• Basic knowledge in food hygiene
• Immediate available is an advantage
