Section Head, SME Business

Responsibilities:

• Develop a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Formulate strategy and business development plan to drive revenue growth of SME business
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to expand SME Business  
• Provide training to the subordinates on marketing skill, credit risk assessment and monitoring, financial analysis, and enhancement of customers’ services quality
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, managing risks associated with client portfolios.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 15 years of banking experience of which minimum 8 years at managerial level
• Strong leadership capability and business connections with SME clients
• Extensive network in Hong Kong commercial and corporate enterprises
• Holder of ECF on Credit Risk Management (Professional Level/Core Level) is preferred
• Fluent in written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese; and
• Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
