· Handle customer enquiry and promote company product and service
· 處理客戶電話查詢, 及介紹公司產品服務
· Handle and support administrative work including data entry, filing, etc.
· 處理及支援一般文書工作包括資料輸入、存檔等
· Handle ad hoc assignments as required
· 處理部門主管委派的工作
Requirements入職要求
· Customer Services relevant experiences is preferred
· 客戶服務工作的相關經驗為佳
· Proficiency in both Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
· 良好中文(廣東話及普通話)及英文
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to
work independently
· 具良好溝通能力、客戶服務技巧,積極主動,能獨立工作
· Proficient in PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing (MUST)
· 必須熟悉電腦操作(MS Word, Excel)及中文打字 (倉頡/速成)
· Immediate availability is preferred
· 能即時上班者優先考慮
· Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Services Officer
· 經驗不拘,較少者則會考慮為客戶服務助理
· On the job training is provided
