Senior Officer, Special Assets Management

Responsibilities:

• Manage and recover retail banking overdue accounts from cancelled credit cards and charged-off accounts by means of intensive collection calls
• Liaise with debtors for repayment schedule / debt-restructuring arrangement
• Provide recommendations on legal proceedings or assignment to external debt collection agencies, if deemed necessary
• Disposal of repossessed properties
• Monitor overdue and criticized retail credits, including managing loan classification, individual impairment allowance and charge-off
• Preparation of regular reports
• Report to the department head of special assets management of the debt collection and repossessed property disposal progress regularly

Requirements:

• University graduate in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management or relevant discipline
• At least two years of relevant working experience
• Good team player
• Self-motivated
