Originally opened in 1969 and reincarnated, Hugo’s is an authentic European restaurant where classic meets timeless, offering traditional western cuisine prepared only with the finest ingredients available. Decorated with ornate mirrors, chandeliers, guns and shield plaques, the restaurant presents a unique and classic European atmosphere.

What you will do:

  • Set up cooking utensils and prepare all menu items for kitchen operations
  • Ensure the cleanliness of equipment and food quality could meet ISO22000 standards

What you should have:

  • Qualification in Food and Beverage Service training; preferably Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management
  • Preferable prerequisite experience in a hotel or restaurant with good standards
  • Good knowledge of food and hygiene
  • Good technical cooking skills
  • Eager to learn and develop in fine dining restaurants
