Develop and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders, such as property agencies, to expand customer base
Coach and mentor team members to ensure the team is meeting its sales targets
Ensure business procedures is in comply with the relevant rules and regulations
Requirements:
Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 5
Minimum 8 years’ experience in mortgage business field, with team leading exposure preferred
Strong communication skill and risk awareness
Passes in MPF, Insurance, Securities and Futures Intermediaries Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Type 1 & 4) would be an advantage
ECF achievement is the definite advantage
