Responsibilities

This role serves as an assistant to manager in buffet dining outlet - The Food Gallery in downtown Tsim Sha Tsui district, Assistant Manager will be responsible for the efficient running of deli and ensure upscale F&B service is delivered to meet / exceed guest's expectations in accordance with the standard of the hotel and is individually profitable.

Qualifications

• Diploma in hospitality management or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years management experience in hotel F&B outlet;
• Capable with budget and operational costing knowledge;
• Enthusiastic personality with strong guest-oriented mindset;
• Able to train, motivate & lead the restaurant team to execute outlet promotion;
• Good team management, excellent inter-personal & communication skills; and 
• Fluent command in English and Chinese.
