What you will do:
- Assist with the efficient running of the department
- Supervise the assigned section in order to prepare a consistent, high quality product
What you should have：
- Minimum 1-2 years work experience as Commis in a hotel or bakery with good standards
- Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
