Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor the performance of the restaurant to maximize sales revenue and productivity, manpower efficiency, and customer service according to company standards.
Provide excellent floor service and interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Lead training and proper administration for the team to meet performance standards and effectively align cost and revenue budgets to achieve profitability standards.
Ensure restaurant standards are consistently implemented.
Job Requirement:
5 years or more of managerial experience in the F&B industry (experience in Chinese Restaurant & Banquet operations preferred).
Familiar with computer application skills, including POS operations and report functions, as well as restaurant operation procedures.
Excellent communication skills, guest service-oriented, with a good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational, and training abilities are frequently utilized.
Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese & English.
