Job Responsibilities:

Assist a smooth operation
-
Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and food handling practices to deliver optimal quality of PRODUCT to guests

Monitor all aspects of daily operations of the restaurant and control it provide exceptional dining experience to customers

Aim at offering exceptional dining experience to customers, staff training plans to be developed and to conduct on-the-job training, product training up-selling training to the employees at all levels

Provide friendly and quality service in our restaurant
Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years managerial experience in fine dining restaurant, French Restaurant experience is preferred

Well-presented and presents a positive, friendly image

Strong organizational and leadership skills, problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities

Ability to work in a team environment, create courteous, friendly and professional work environment
-
Good time management skill and willingness to work flexible shifts and hours

Good written and verbal communication skills in English including Cantonese and Mandarin
