Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including team rosters, training, and administration.
  • Ensure flawless execution of service while enhancing the guest dining experience.
  • Monitor food & beverage costs, labor budgets, and inventory to maximize profits.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire team members to exceed guest expectations.
  • Handle social media feedback and assist in event operations.

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of managerial experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; other languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in using computer systems for inventory, staff scheduling, and reporting.
