Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day restaurant operations
• Oversee and maintain the high standards of service at the restaurant 
• Provide professional service to guests and demonstrate product knowledge

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in hotel management or related discipline
• 1-3 year of relevant experience in Italian Restaurants
• Cheerful, pleasant, and outgoing personality
• Good in spoken English & Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Captain
