About the Role As a team member & product manager of Digital Customer Onboarding and Online to Offline Transformation, you will be part of key contributors & responsible for driving the bank's digital transformation initiatives and enhancing the customer onboarding experience. You will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to define a cohesive vision and establish clear technology delivery roadmaps. You will ensure effective project governance and seamless integration of all business functions to achieve operational readiness and successful delivery of business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Technology Manager, (Local & Offshore). Collaborate with regional and local business stakeholders to define a cohesive vision and establish clear delivery roadmaps for Digital Customer Onboarding product.
  • Translate business strategies and operational designs into actionable deliverables and digital activities.
  • Coordinate the End-to-End digital customer lifecycle roadmap, from onboarding, fund in, up-sell/ cross sell, ani-attribution journey, address business impacts, and maintain stakeholder focus on agreed outcomes.
  • Drive innovative solutions, including digital transformation and new technology adoption & manage project metrics, risk factors, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance framework and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and monitor critical interdependencies across projects, create synergy and uplift efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless integration of business functions to achieve O2O operational readiness and successful delivery.
  • Key designer of business control tower to monitor product performance, identify and resolve issues, and implement continuous improvements to enhance user experience and productivity.
  • Prepare business cases to justify new digital investments.
  • Foster a positive work culture emphasizing purpose-driven, relationship-led, innovative, decisive, and fun.

Qualifications

  • University degree holder, with financial institution experience is preferred.
  • Career background on OCR/ eIDV Onboarding, Martech, Data Analytic, ecommerce or equivalent is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, adaptive to changes, and able to deliver consistent performance in high pressure situations independently
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and skillful in engaging a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business problems into digital requirements
  • Experience in driving onboarding and/or digital projects, including identifying opportunities, developing business cases, and managing project execution
  • Good knowledge in digital products and/or services provided by banks (preferred)
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
