Sales Executive / Business Development Officer

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Answering enquires, and provide accommodation solutions for customers
• Consistently deliver on monthly sales goals through various sales channels
• Co-create / Lead in-person events targeting different demographics
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and grow new sales channels and distribution partners
• Maintain a healthy and stable relationship with customers

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High diploma or above in business, marketing or related field
• A minimum of 1 year of working experience in a sales or customer-facing role
• Experience in the residential real estate industry is a plus
• Exceptional sales, customer service & negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, other foreign languages are a strong plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools, G Suite and other cloud platforms
