Responsibilities﹕

Responsible for departmental administrative work, including: handling departmental business expense expenditures and inspections, and assisting in the preparation of annual financial budgets.

Handle department documentary systems and mailboxes, management of work files, prepare work reports.

Handle the implementation of department training projects and plans, such as compilation of training plans, organizing and coordinating training projects, preparing training materials, etc.

Assist in staff business trip procedures, follow up on itinerary arrangements and related communications.

Handle daily office affairs, follow up on office maintenance and emergencies.

Management and maintenance of office equipment.

Complete ad hoc projects, temporary tasks or other work assigned by superiors as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above;
-
1 years or more related work experience;

Have strong communication, coordination and adaptability;

Have good communication and writing skills in Chinese and English;

Proactive, conscientious, team player, good time and stress management skills

Familiar with MS Office software applications, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
