Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for budget preparation, forecast, financial reporting, tax and financial variance analysis in property
• Develop and refine property financial policies and procedures to prepare accurate and timely financial statements with analysis
• Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax representatives, bankers and insurance brokers to meet all statutory requirements
• Manage and supervise the finance team and purchasing to ensure the tasks are properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Lead and suggest initiative for the property to improve system, business process and internal control
• Provide support and strategic advice to management on business objectives and maintain collaboration with all stakeholders
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years managerial experience from hospitality operations in similar capacity
• Effective communications skills and ability to collaborate with all departments and various stakeholders
• Figure sensitive, prompt and systematic decision-making skills with analytical power and business acumen
• Knowledge of Property Management System, POS and Accounting System
• Presentable with good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good computer literacy in using Excel, PowerPoint and Word
