Responsibilities:

Provide all-rounded support to Private Banking Relationship Manager

Receive investment instructions from clients and transmit same for accurate and timely execution and at all times ensure high service quality

Assist RM or Senior RM to open accounts for clients and to conduct KYC

Assist RM or Senior RM to prepare credit applications for clients
-
Attending to general client queries; liaise with internal and external parties to fulfill client requests and administrative follow-up

Prepare ad-hoc and regular internal reports for senior management

Fully compliant with regulations and Group policies and guidelines, and to conduct business at all times in a compliance-conscious manner and alert to the potential risks of money laundering and other undesirable transactions/activity
Requirements:

Degree holder or above with major in Finance or related discipline

At least 6 years solid working experience in serving personal banking clients, of which at least 3 years in private banking

Familiar with investment products in private banking field

Interpersonal skills – communicating effectively and provide value adding advice to others, influencing, supervising effectively

Able to analyze situations, prioritize and implement processes effectively

Strong character and able to work under stress

Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
