Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish strategic sales action plan for the development to meet sales target
• Work directly with regional distributors to develop and manage the opportunity pipeline to drive revenue
• Coordinate and provide detailed information to departments concerned in order to ensure effective service to be delivered
• Follow up on client contracts according to their preferences in order to maximize customer satisfaction
• Feedback on relevant trends, competitor pricing, creative concepts and any other information that will contribute toward the achievement of departmental financial and hotel goals
• Attend and participate in sales and business development meetings
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or Hotel Management

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in hotel room sales, corporate business or travel trade
• Knowledge in industry trends, and preferably has an existing client network
• Creative, innovative and guest focus with positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Shiji & SEP preferred, proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager
