Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive data driven digital strategies and campaigns aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Develop effective digital strategies to drive New to Bank/ New to Product retail products (Deposit/ Investment/ Insurance) growth for different customer groups/ segments via different online channels.
  • Individual contributor, supported by digital management office and work closely with key stakeholders to contribute digital acquisition for new banking customers.
  • Conduct market/portfolio analysis and eCommerce/ Online Shop study for acquisition and growth product campaigns.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns, including channel optimization and performance tracking.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future strategies.
  • Managing overall execution of SEO & Customer data platform (CDP)
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new digital marketing best practices and innovative approaches.
  • Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, background in Data Science or digital marketing is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience, ideally has worked for e-commence, banking/ financial institution with involvement or a good understanding of banking products.
  • Proficient in data analysis, project management, direct marketing with good commercial sense
  • Hands-on experience in digital acquisition dashboard & control tower design for driving the business.
  • Proficient in developing and executing digital marketing strategies & roadmaps across multiple channels, including SEO is preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
