Responsibilities:

Support the department in research studies, formulating, implementing and executing business strategies and initiatives as well as assessment indicators.

Monitor the implementation progress of the assessment indicators, review and determine if adjustments are required.

Conduct regular business performance evaluations and report regularly to the Management of the Department and Corporate Banking segment.

Ensure the business is complying with local laws, regulations and bank policies; control and identify potential or existing risks at work, escalate to management in a timely manner and formulate corrective measures and follow up accordingly.

Manage the team members through setting goals, providing guidance and performance evaluation. Develop a team with good communication and collaboration atmosphere.

Formulate work plan and operating budget of the team.

Evaluate and solve business problems. Provide recommendations for optimizing business performance.

Responsible and coordinate department’s projects and collaborate with other business departments to facilitate cross-department projects, ensure timely delivery to the business units.

Support business units in formulating business KPIs and deploy to the business units for implementation.

Coordinate the operation workflow with other business units within Corporate Banking segment.

Strengthen the collaboration with other strategic units or teams within Corporate Banking segment.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor degree or above, major in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Finance or related discipline is preferred.

8 years or above working experience in financial / business sectors, with focus in business planning or consultancy or strategy related field.

2 years or above supervisory experience is preferred, with good people management skill.

A change agent and excellent team player.

Excellent analytic, organizing and interpersonal skills.

Be familiar with both Hong Kong and Mainland China working practice and culture.

Excellent Chinese writing skills, good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
